When personal care or help with medication becomes part of the picture, our core Lapis service takes over. It also covers short-term home-from-hospital care to help you find your feet again after a stay, and we liaise with GPs, nurses, and other professionals wherever it helps.

Lapis is our core service, built around everyday, hands-on support delivered by the same familiar team.
Lapis is a good fit if you're looking for:
- Personal care, such as help washing, dressing, or getting up and about
- Support with medication
- Regular, hands-on daily or multiple-daily visits
- Short-term support to recover well after a hospital stay
- A team who liaise directly with your GP, district nurses, and other professionals
If your needs sit outside this, another package may be the better starting point:
- If you mainly want company and occasional practical help, Amethyst is a lighter-touch starting point
- If health needs are complex, or end-of-life support is needed, Pearl provides a further level of support
Moving between packages is straightforward, with the same team wherever possible as your needs change.
